DELAY IN DISPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Ban Loong Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 14 October 2019 regarding the connected transaction in relation to the Subscription of Convertible Bonds by Yunnan Baiyao Group. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other matters, further information on the Subscription Agreement and the Specific Mandate, the recommendation of the Independent Board Committee, the letter from the Independent Financial Adviser and the notice of the SGM, is expected to be dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 4 November 2019. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalize the Circular, the Company now expects that the dispatch of the Circular will be delayed to a date falling on or before 18 November 2019.
