Ymagis Société Anonyme completed the acquisition of Open Sky Cinema from Open Sky Srl

Ymagis Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:MAGIS) entered into an agreement to acquire Open Sky Cinema from Open Sky Srl on November 30, 2016. Walter Munarini, managing director of Open Sky Cinema will remain on Board. Open Sky Cinema's eight employees will join Ymagis. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2016. Ymagis Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:MAGIS) completed the acquisition of Open Sky Cinema from Open Sky Srl on January 13, 2017. All related business assets have been incorporated into a new entity named Open Sky Cinema SRL in Vicenza, which oversees the Ymagis Group's portfolio of content services activities in Italy
