Yippy, Inc. (OTCPK:YIPI) agreed in principle to acquire Michael Cizmar & Associates Ltd. on May 26, 2016. Yippy, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Michael Cizmar & Associates Ltd. on August 31, 2016. Michael Cizmar & Associates Ltd. will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yippy. Upon completion of the acquisition, Michael Cizmar & Associates founder Michael Cizmar will join Yippy as a member of its senior management team. The transaction is expected to close by mid-July 2016.
