Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd. (TWSE:2023) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 20,000,000 shares, representing 1.01% of its issued share capital, for TWD 11,040.57 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 13.8 to TWD 15.3 per share.
The purpose of the program is to enhance the credit of the company and the rights of stockholders. The repurchase program will continue until October 14, 2023. As of August 14, 2023, the company had 10,021 shares in treasury.
YIEH PHUI ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and distribution of steel products. The Companyâs main products include pickled steel coils, cold-rolled steel coils, galvanized steel coils, pre-painted steel coils, flat rolled steel coils, steel pipes, steel structures and other coil processing products.
