Yi Hua Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chong Ning has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director of the company and ceased to serve as a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee, and the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 18 August 2021 as he intended to focus on his personal and other business commitments.
