1.Purchase:913-7 ~ 913-10, 915, 915-1 ~ 915-4, 918, and 918-1(in possession)
 ~ 918-3(in possession) of Pingtian Section and 417-2(in possession) of
Chongde Section, 14 lands with 60% in possession.
2.Joint Construction: 3 lands in possession from 918-1, 918-2 of Pingtian
Section and 417-2 (in possession) of Chongde Section, Beitung District,
Taichung City
4.Reason for change and its main content:
The Purchase and joint construction land owner (same land owner) intend to
cancel the buy/sell and joint construction contract signed on 6/2/2022,
which shall be changed to selling the joint construction land as a whole.
Since the Company purchases 65% of land in possession from the previous
purchase and joint construction contract, the purchase contract is signed
again.
