[Sustainability Linked] Yapi Kredi is Included in the 2022 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index
We are proud to announce that Yapı Kredi is one of the 7 companies from Turkey included in the 2022 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI), which includes 418 companies worldwide and aims to make the business environment more egalitarian and inclusive. The inclusion in GEI is a clear representative of Yapı Kredi's transparency to gender-related practices and policies of the Bank, based on index's measurement across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand.
Yapı Kredi uses gender data to identify gaps, develop solutions and measure impact. We are proud to be included in the GEI for driving accountability through data transparency.
