YAPI VE KREDI BANKASI Our bank signed syndicated loan deal comprising of two tranches worth of 201.5 million US Dollars and 353.4 million Euros which in total amounting to 580 million US Dollars with 367 days maturity, in the social loan format for the first time.
Our inaugural social syndicated loan deal, which consists of participants from 21 countries and 35 financial institutions, is going to be used to support the trade finance transactions of our customers in the earthquake region. The total cost of the deal for USD and EUR is SOFR + 4.25% and Euribor +4.00% respectively.
