Xingye Leather Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002674) entered into an agreement to acquire 45% stake in Hongxing Automotive Leather (Fujian) Development Co., Ltd. from Fujian Guanxing Leather Co., Ltd. for CNY 54 million on April 23, 2022. Transaction has already been approved by board of directors.
