Wow Factor Public Company Limited announced that Miss Yaowarote Klinboon has submitted letters to the Company declaring her intention to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Member of the audit committee and Independent Director due to her increasing duties, making her unable to perform her duties to the best of her abilities, effective from 19 December 2022 onwards.
