The Public Companies, CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC, ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC and WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC, inform interested shareholders and the investors that, due to the delay in issuing the Audited Accounts for the years 2018 and 2019, as well as due to the measures taken from both the Companies and the Auditors for the protection of their employees from Covid 19, the process of auditing and publishing the Audited Accounts of the Companies could not be completed within the time schedule allowed.

Consequently, the main objective of the Companies is to publish of the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31.12.2020 by the 30.09.2021.

The Company is operational through its subsidiaries: Zako Estate Ltd, FWW Super Department Stores Ltd and Apex Ltd, which are renting its commercial properties to Ermes Department Stores Plc. The Company also owns a share of Cyprus Limni Resorts and GolfCourses Plc,a property with an area of approximately three and a half million square meters on the northwest coast of Cyprus. The property is located at the centre of the Chrysochou Bay.
