MATERIAL FACT

WIZ SOLUÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (B3:WIZS3) ("Company" or "WIZ"), pursuant to the provisions of Law nº 6.404/76, of December 15th 1976, and CVM Instruction n. 358, of January 3rd, 2002, as amended, informs to its shareholders and the market in general, and as a complement to the Material Fact published on December the 23th 2020, that submitted, on the date hereof, the non-bindingand preliminary offers in scope of the competitive process opened by Caixa Seguridade Participações S.A. ("Caixa Seguridade"), for the selection of co-insurrancesbrokers for the actuation in all the business subject of the competitive process.

Wiz clarifies that, in case it be qualified for the next stage of competitive process, by the terms of the rules established by Caixa Seguridade, will submit binding offer.

Wiz will keep its shareholders and the market in general informed of any developments related to the subject of this Material Fact.
