Winsome Resources looking to raise up to A$60 million to fast-track lithium exploration

Winsome Resources CEO Chris Evans joined Proactive's Steve Darling to share news the company has announced a financing to raise up to A$60 million through a combination of flow-through-shares, an institutional placement and a share purchase plan.
Evans told Proactive the company is looking to accelerate its lithium exploration at the Cancet and Adina projects in Canada. This work is leading up to a maiden resources across the projects.

Winsome Resources Limited is an Australia-based lithium focused exploration and development company with four project areas in Quebec, Canada. The Company's 100% owned projects include Cancet Lithium Project, Adina Lithium Project, Sirmac-Clappier Project and Tilly Project.
