Seriti Green Proprietary Limited, Standard Bank Fleet Management (pty) Limited and Rand Merchant Bank agreed to acquire 75% Windlab Africa Pty Ltd from Windlab Limited on August 15, 2022. The transaction is subject to Competition Commission and South African Reserve Bank approvals and is expected to complete by the early of 2023. As of January 30, 2023.

DLA Piper acted as legal advisor to Standard Bank Fleet Management (Pty) Ltd and Rand Merchant Bank.
