WIND RIVER ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TERMINATION November 18, 2014 - Vancouver, B.C. TSX-V: WVR Vancouver, BC - Wind River Energy Corp. (the "Company" or "Wind River") announced

pursuant to a price reservation form filed with the TSX on May 5, 2014 and a Notice of Private Placement filed on May 12, 2014, that it proposed to raise up to $300,000 through a non- brokered private placement of up to 12,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.025 per share, (the "Private Placement").
Wind River has terminated the private placement and has received no cash and has issued no common stock as a result of the private placement.
