Wilson ASA is a Norway-based Company active within the shipping industry. The Company transports dry cargo across Europe. Wilson ASA’s fleet comprises around 130 vessels, such as Wilson Gdansk, Jumbo and Wilson Leith. The Company’s operations are divided into four operating segments: the 2 000 dwt / system Segment, which represents shipping operations mainly on fixed transport routes between Norway and the continent; the 3 000-4 500 dwt Segment as well as the 6 000-8 500 dwt Segment is mainly engaged in the shipping of semi-finished products and finished goods for the Nordic raw material industry; and the Other Segment includes rental of two container vessels. Wilson ASA operates through several subsidiaries, including Wilson Management AS, Wilson Shipowning IV AS, Nesskip HF and Wilson EuroCarriers AS.
