Having regard to the concern for transparency and information policy effectiveness, ensuring public access to information about WIKANA Group's financial situation, the Management Board of WIKANA
S.A. ("Company," "Issuer") announces that, having completed aggregation of partial data on 11 January 2016, the Company decided to disclose the fact that companies in the Issuer's group recorded the following residential unit sales in 2015:
number of ownership-transfer contracts: 259 residential units (including 102 residential units handed over in the fourth quarter of 2015);
number of developer and preliminary contracts: 254 residential units (including 103 residential units handed over in the fourth quarter of 2015).
Presented below is information about residential unit sales in 2014:
number of ownership-transfer contracts: 170 residential units (including 65 residential units handed over in the fourth quarter of 2014);
number of developer and preliminary contracts: 118 residential units (including 34 residential units handed over in the fourth quarter of 2014).
At the same time, the Company announces that the development segment's financial results for 2015 were positively impacted particularly by delivery of residential units in the projects Osiedle Generalskie B3 (Krosno) (34 units) and Osiedle Marina A3 (Lublin) (32 units), both of which received use permits in the fourth quarter of 2015.
