NV Wereldhave Belgium SA Reports Sales Results for the First Nine Months of 2016; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year 2016

NV Wereldhave Belgium SA reported sales results for the first nine months of 2016. During the first nine months of 2016, the rental income increased from EUR 34.8 million (2015) to EUR 37.4 million. This increase is mainly the result of a slightly higher occupancy of the shopping centres portfolio.

The statutory manager expects a direct result per share over 2016 between EUR 5.75 and EUR 5.85.
