Ybroad Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A010600) agreed to acquire an additional 5.65% stake in Biogenicskorea Co., Ltd. from SR I&D Co., Ltd. and G2G Global Co., Ltd. for KRW 5 billion on March 6, 2018. Ybroad Co.,Ltd. will acquire 0.09 million shares. Ybroad Co.,Ltd. will acquire 0.08 million shares from SR I&D Co., Ltd. and 0.02 million shares from G2G Global Co., Ltd at KRW 53,000 per share. After the transaction, Ybroad Co.,Ltd. will hold 0.48 million shares amounting to 28.53% stake in Biogenicskorea Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors passed a resolution for the transaction on March 6, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed on March 6, 2018.
