WDX : CR 13/2017 – Appointment of chartered auditor

The Management Board of WDX S.A. (Company) notifies that pursuant to Company's Statute (par. 30 s. 1 p. 7) the Supervisory Board, during its meeting convened on 24.05.2017, appointed the PKF Consult Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. company, with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Orzycka 6 lok. 1B, to audit the financial statements of WDX S.A. (notified chartered accountant with reg. no. 477). The choice was made pursuant to the applicable regulations and standards. The Board also announces that the Company has used services of the aforesaid company in the accounting years 2015 of 2016. PKF Consult Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. has undertaken to provide auditing services for the trading year from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017.
