On September 28, 2020, WAM Capital Ltd announced that it offers to acquire up to 100% of Contango Income Generator. WAM Capital stated that the offer allows the Company shareholders to exit the Company shares by acquiring 1 WAM share for every 3 Company shares held and the offer is equivalent to $0.747 per the Company share.
