The  total  of   six  primary  insiders   of  Wavefield  Inseis   ASA
("Wavefield") have accepted to sell shares in Wavefield to  Compagnie
Générale de Géophysique-Veritas  SA ("CGGV") under  the terms of  the
mandatory offer document, published on December 30th 2008. The  total
amount of Wavefield shares sold to CGGV is 2,353,857.
