Korean Land & Housing Corporation agreed to acquire ten land lots in Dangha-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon City from Watos Corea Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A079000) for KRW 9.8 billion on May 25, 2011. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors on May 25, 2011 and is expected to complete by May 31, 2011.

WATOS COREA CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of plastic products for sanitary ware used in bathrooms. The Companyâs products consist of toilet parts, including dual flush valves, flanges, dual flappers, fill valves, toilet levers and others; lavatory parts, including lavatory frames, anchor bolts, overflow caps, traps and others; urinal parts, including spuds, toilet flush valves, urinal flush valves, spreaders, flanges and others; plumbing fittings, including water taps, angle valves and others, as well as related accessories. It also involves in the rental business. The Company distributes its products only in domestic market.
