Korea Land & Housing Corp. agreed to acquire building, and its appurtenances in 529-1, Wondang-dong, Seo-gu from Watos Corea Co Ltd (KOSDAQ:A079000) for KRW 5.2 billion on September 26, 2014. Board of Directors of Watos Corea Co Ltd made a resolution in favor of the transaction on September 26, 2014. The scheduled date for sales is October 10, 2014.
