Wärtsilä Oyj Abp (HLSE:WRT1V) will consider acquisitions. The Board of Directors of Wärtsilä is authorised to resolve to repurchase a maximum of 19 million shares in Wärtsilä. The shares can be used as consideration in acquisitions or other arrangements in the manner and to the extent decided by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors has also the right to decide on the distribution of the shares in public trading for the purpose of financing possible acquisitions.
