Wangton Capital Corp. announced that Moe Dilon has resigned as Company's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman effective March 14, 2024. Following Mr. Dilon's resignation, Tag Gill, who currently serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, assumed the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer and President.
The Hon Jerry Grafstein, K.C., Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board.
