Wall to Wall Group AB (OM:WTW A) commences share repurchases on April 22, 2024, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on April 15, 2024. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase its up to 1,331,022 shares, representing 9.63% of its issued share capital. The shares will be repurchased in a manner such that the company?s holding in treasury does not exceed 10% of its issued share capital. The shares will be repurchased at a price that will correspond to the market price at the time of the acquisition with a deviation that does not exceed the registered price interval on each occasion.
