WG Capital, Ltd acquired 10.8% stake in Vynleads, Inc. (OTCPK:VYND) from Sergei Stetsenko for $0.01 million on March 19, 2024. As reported, Sergei Stetsenko, a director of Vynleads completed the sale of 1,250,000 shares of common stock of Vynleads, Inc. for the sum of $12,500. Post sale, tetsenko remains a director and now holds 1,500,000 shares of common stock of Vynleads. WG Capital used its own working capital to acquire the stated shares of common stock.
