VTM Limited at its board meeting held on April 25, 2022, declared a dividend of INR 0.90 per equity share of INR 1 each, for the financial year 2021-2022, subject to members approval at the upcoming AGM. The Annual General Meeting is fixed on June 30, 2022. Share Transfer books shall remain closed from June 20, 2022 to June 30, 2022.
The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before July 29, 2022.
