The company Vrancart S.A. informs its shareholders and investors on the completion of registration of the share capital increase according to the Certificate for Registration of Securities no. AC-3042- 8/December 2ot 2016 issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

The operation related to the registration of the share capital increase was finalised by Depozitarul Central on January 25th, 2017.

Following the increase, the share capital of Vrancart S.A. is in the amount of 103.168.354,70 lei, being divided into 1.031,683.547 shares with a nominal value of 0,10 lei each.

The increase was made at the level established through the Decision no. 2/April 28th, 2016 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders for the shareholders that were registered in the shareholders' registry as at September 13t 2016 and that subscribed to the share capital increase.
