Major events to report:

The company Vrancart SA informs its investors on the issuance by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Certificate for Registration of Securities no. AC-3042-8 related to the share capital increase approved through the Decision no. 2 dated April 23th, 2016 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of Vrancart S.A.

The legal operations prior to the registration of the share capital increase are currently being performed by Depozitarul Central, respectively the compliance with the legal terms for appeal and opposition related to the decision that validated the subscription of shares.

Following the increase, the share capital of Vrancart S.A. will have the amount of RON 103.168.354,70 lei, being divided into 1.031,683.547 shares with a nominal value of RON 0,10 each.
