Voltabox AG: Supervisory Board resolves change in the composition of the Management Board
Delbrück, November 29, 2018 - Voltabox AG [ISIN DE000A2E4LE9] today announced changes in the composition of its Management Board.
Effective December 1, 2018, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Jörg Dorbandt as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Management Board. Mr. Dorbandt will be responsible in particular for setting up and managing worldwide production and all operational processes. The finance department, which has been strengthened in several management functions since the company's IPO, will in future be the responsibility of Mr. Dorbandt.
Andres Klasing (CFO) is leaving the company with immediate effect. His departure will take place in agreement with the Supervisory Board of Voltabox AG. Mr Klasing wants to pursue new professional challenges. Being Chief Financial Officer since 2017, he has played a key role in building up the structures of Voltabox as a listed company.
