UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA FOR

THE THREE MONTHS ENDED MARCH 31, 2021

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Vobile Group Limited (the ''Company'') together with its subsidiaries, (the ''Group'') wishes to announce certain unaudited operating data of the Group for the three months ended March 31, 2021 as follows:

The number of subscribers of the copyright video content managed by the Group on the major online video platform increased by 6.93 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021, representing an increase of approximately 65% from the same period in 2020. The cumulative subscriber number has reached 112 million. The number of view counts of the content managed by the Group increased by 5.3 billion for the three months ended March 31, 2021, representing an increase of approximately 32% from the same period in 2020. The total watch time of the content managed by the Group increased by 480 million hours for the three months ended March 31, 2021, representing an increase of approximately 170% from the same period in 2020. The Group continued its business expansion in China and has signed a number of significant business collaboration agreements. For the three months ended March 31, 2021, the Group's revenue generated in China increased over ten million Hong Kong dollars compared to the same period in 2020. The Board is confident in the prospects of the businesses of the Group.
