TO OUR STAKEHOLDERS

Since our beginnings in 2021 as an independent, stock-listed company, we have been consistently contributing to a major shift in the automotive industry with our electrification solutions. Markets have grown fast and we have seen continuous opportunities despite the challenges. Amid an ever-changing context, we know that it is our people that keep us relevant.
This is our first global DE&I report, following suit to a previous one for North America in 2022, and is not only a milestone in our journey, but also a testament to Vitesco Technologies' commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our ability to integrate the strength of varied perspectives, backgrounds and experiences, positions us for innovation and long-term viability. I see the focus on DE&I as a strategic advantage for the company - and also as the right thing to do.
This report tells the story of the progress we have made in our DE&I initiatives and provides a transparent view of where we stand today. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral components of our culture - a living, breathing aspect of who we are and what we stand for. As we move forward, we are certain that by putting people first, we are setting ourselves up for sustainable success.

Our journey has been exciting, fun and challeng- ing. We have faced difficulties, celebrated successes, and forged a path towards a future where diversity is acknowledged and embraced. This report reflects our commitment to transpar- ency, accountability, and continuous improve- ment. In these pages, you will find data, examples and stories of individuals whose unique backgrounds and perspectives have shaped the spirit of who we are, the culture that we can "breathe" and "feel" - but not always see.
We recognize that fostering an inclusive environment requires more than policies; it demands a cultural shift, where every person is seen as an individual, and every voice is heard. True inclusion is a shared responsibility that requires a circular approach, with the voice of leaders and employees equally represented; it involves empathy and a genuine commitment to dismantling biases.
Our DE&I journey continues. We are happy to celebrate progress, but acknowledge there are certain areas we need to focus on, and remain vigilant in our pursuit of a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in Vitesco Technologies' DNA. I extend my gratitude to every individual who has contributed to this report and reaffirm our dedication to advancing DE&I principles within our organization - and beyond.

Vitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility. With smart system solutions and components for electric, hybrid and internal combustion drive- trains, Vitesco Technologies makes mobility clean, efficient, and affordable. The product range includes electrified drivetrain systems, electronic control units, sensors and actuators, and exhaust-gas aftertreatment solutions.
In 2023, Vitesco Technologies recorded sales of € 9.23 billion and employed around 35,500 employees at about 50 locations worldwide. Our headquarters are in Regensburg, Germany.

At Vitesco Technologies, we value reliable labor standards and the protection of human rights in all business activities. We have a zero-tolerance policy on human rights violations, including child labor, forced labor and modern slavery, as well as any form of violence, harassment, and discrimination.
The DE&I and the Human Rights teams work together and play crucial roles: the former is responsible for the development and integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all functional areas of the company; the latter develops and improves policies, pro- cesses, and global internal standards within our operations to anticipate, assess and mitigate human rights risks.
