Vitalharvest Freehold Trust (the Trust) is an agricultural real estate investment trust. The Trust's objective is to provide unitholders with real agricultural property assets whose profile value the agricultural demand for nutritious, healthy food. These assets provide agricultural diversification by crop type, climatic region, water source and product end markets. The Company owns aggregations of berry and citrus farms in Australia. Its property portfolio consists of seven properties/farms, including four berry farm and three citrus farms. It berry farm includes Corindi, Tumbarumba, Dunorlan, and 9 Mile and its citrus farm includes Kangara, Solora, and Yandilla.
