Virginia Energy Resources Inc. is a Canada-based resource uranium development and exploration company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of uranium deposits located in the southern part of the state of Virginia in the United States of America. The Company through its subsidiary, Virginia Uranium, Inc., owns 100% interest in the Coles Hill uranium project located in south central Virginia, United States. Virginia Uranium, Inc. controls the mineral rights, surface rights, and leasehold development and operating rights on the Coles Hill property. Coles Hill is located on gently rolling hills in Pittsylvania County, southern Virginia, in close proximity to established infrastructure and skilled labor. The Coles Hill project is situated approximately 10 kilometers (kms) northeast of Chatham, Virginia, United States covering approximately 2960 hectares (ha).
