Virgin Trains USA LLC owns and operates a private express intercity passenger rail system. The Company operates its intercity passenger rail system between Miami and West Palm Beach. The Company provides intercity passenger rail transportation services and operates up to 32 trains everyday, which have a capable speed of up to 125 miles per hour. The Company's express trains has a capacity for 240 total passengers in three classes of service: Smart, which is comparable to business class; Smart plus, which includes one complimentary snack and beverage and is envisioned as an option for business and leisure travelers alike; and Select, its premium or first-class experience. The Company owns three stations, located in the transit hubs of Florida and downtown centers of Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, all of which are near major travel destinations and have multiple connections to local transit and public ground transportation.
