Item 2 - Adoption of Remuneration Report;
Item 3(a) - Re-election of Director - Mark Jewell;
Item 3(b) - Re-election of Director - David Rennick; and
Item 4 - Grant of Performance Rights to the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director. The Notice of Meeting was lodged with the ASX on 22 September 2017.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), details of proxy votes and total votes cast for each resolution are attached.
