Villa World Limited (ASX:VLW) is looking for acquisition opportunities. Villa undertook a fully underwritten institutional placement of about 14 million new shares at a fixed price of AUD 1.9 per share. A non-underwritten share purchase plan targeting AUD 5m will be offered to eligible shareholders.
Villa told investors the proceeds would provide it with increased -financial capacity to continue to grow inventory and take advantage of acquisition opportunities.
