Viglacera Tien Son JSC (HNX:VIT) entered into an agreement to acquire All Assets of White Horse Ceramic Factory from White Horse Ceramic Industries (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. on June 18, 2021. As on November 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of WTHORSE wishes to announce that the targeted completion date for Proposed Disposal has been deferred until December 2021.

As of December 23, 2021, completion date for disposal has been deferred until January 2022 due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation in Vietnam. As of January 24, 2022, completion date for disposal has been deferred until February 2022 due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation in Vietnam.
