Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) announced a personnel change as follows. Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan replaced Mr. Pham Huu Phu as Chairman of the BOD and legal representative. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term from 2012 to 2016.
Mr. Nguyen Hieu – Deputy CEO replaced Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan as CEO. The effective date is on September 18, 2012.
