Victek Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065450) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 500,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and enhance shareholder value. The program will be valid up to December 26, 2018. As of September 20, 2018, the company had no shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
