Vetrya [VTY.MI], Italian group, recognized leader in the development of digital services, cloud computing platforms, application solutions and broadband services, will represent Italy in the final of the European Business Awards on 22 and 23 May in Warsaw, in Poland.

The Group reached the final stage of the competition after been chosen, last March, as "National Winner" in the prize category dedicated to the international expansion by independent judges from a list of almost 3000 businesses named "Ones to Watch" last year. The European Business Awards created the list after a review of over 110,000 European companies.

For the first time in its history, each finalist of the European Business Awards will be judged live as they will have a stand to display their notable success, and 55 business experts will come from across Europe to decide the winners of the Awards' 12 categories.

"We are honored to represent Italy at the European Business Awards Gala as as successful example of international expansion" - commented Luca Tomassini, founder, President and CEO of Vetrya - "Innovation and creativity have always been distinctive features of our country, and it is our pride to be able to export it over the world".

Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards said: "This year's Awards' final will exhibit the best of Europe and reflect huge achievement. We have seen incredible business success this year and we wish all our finalists the best of luck."

Alongside the public judging, the two-day event will include a range of clinics, seminars and workshops, run and moderated by subject experts. Additionally, leading academics, politicians, ambassadors, and over 500 business leaders from the most successful organizations in Europe will be attending the event, many of whom acted as judges for the Awards.
