Verity Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration company focused on gold, precious and supply critical metals. The Company has operations in Western Australia (gold); Brazil (rare earth elements (REE), lithium, gold, platinum group elements (PGE)), and Botswana (Copper-nickel-silver-PGE). The Company owns 100% of the Monument Gold project located near Laverton in Western Australia. The Company’s Botswana portfolio includes three flagship projects, which include high-grade Cu-Ag Airstrip and Dibete projects and Maibele North project, consisting over 10 exploration licenses comprising 17,000 hectares. The Company also holds a supply critical metals portfolio that includes rare earth elements, lithium, gold, base and precious metals in Brazil, including licenses in the Lithium Valley and Pocos de Caldas in the state of Minas Gerais. The Company also owns 70% of the Pimenta Project, a potential large-scale REE project in eastern Minas Gerais.
