Thompson Creek Window Company and Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC acquired part of a 122,000-square-foot building at 4200 Parliament Place in Lanham and a parcel of land from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) on January 19, 2017. In related transaction, Thompson Creek Window acquired remaining portion of 122,000-square-foot building at 4200 Parliament Place in Lanham from Mack-Cali. Combined deal consideration is $6.3 million. Thompson Creek will use its portion of building as its new headquarters.
