Changes to Board composition

LogiCamms Limited (ASX:LCM) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new non- executive directors, Mr Phillip Campbell and Mr Matthew Morgan, who both join the Board effective today.

Mr Campbell is an experienced independent non-executive director on publicly listed and private company boards. He is currently the non-executive Chair of Fleetwood Corporation Limited (ASX:FWD) and a non-executive Chair of Vmoto Limited (ASX:VMT). His executive experience includes MD/CEO roles in a range of national manufacturing and engineering businesses, and he has significant experience in growing business's. Mr Campbell has a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Queensland and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Morgan is an experienced independent non-executive director on publicly listed and private company boards. He currently serves as a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Total Brain (ASX:TTB) and Leaf Resources (ASX:LER). Mr Morgan began his career as an Institutional Venture Capital fund manager with QIC Limited and brings significant commercial experience including M&A and capital raising to the LogiCamms Board. Mr Morgan has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, Bachelor of Applied Science and MBA from Queensland University of Technology.

As previously advised, Mr Richard Robinson has indicated his intention to step down from the Board. With the appointment of the two new directors the Board will start a transition process leading to Richard stepping down at the conclusion of the AGM in November.

LogiCamms also advises that Chair, Charles Rottier will step down from the Board after the half-year results announcement at the end of February 2020. Mr Rottier joined the Board in September 2017 at a time when the Company was managing the impacts of a downturn in the resources sector. Mr Rottier made a substantial contribution in navigating these challenges and bringing about the successful merger with OSD that has resulted in a recapitalisation of the business and a renewed outlook. The Board intends to recruit an additional director to maintain a complement of five.

Mr Rottier said, "I am pleased to have directors of the calibre of Phillip Campbell and Matthew Morgan join the LogiCamms Board. They add a diversity of skills and experiences to the Board as we continue to extract the benefits of the merger with OSD and seize the opportunities that lie ahead for the benefit of all shareholders."
