Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Resignation

LogiCamms Limited (ASX: LCM) advises that its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Mr Dan Drewe has notified the Company he will be stepping down from his role, with his last day with LogiCamms being the 28th of February 2020.

The Board and management of LogiCamms sincerely thanks Mr Drewe for his leadership in LogiCamms since he commenced with the Company in June 2017. Mr Drewe joined LogiCamms at a time of numerous challenges for the Company and displayed skilful leadership, including during a period as Interim CEO, executing a cost out process and restoring confidence of key company stakeholders. In November 2018 a new CEO was appointed, following which Mr Drewe then also played a key role in helping develop and implement the merger transaction with OSD.

With merger integration activities well advanced, Mr Drewe has advised that he wishes to pursue new challenges and wishes the Company every success for its future.

The company will now commence a search for a new CFO.
