Varroc Engineering Limited announced that Mr. Rakesh Darji (ICSI Membership No.: A13085) has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board has accepted his resignation and he would cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from close of business hours of September 10, 2019. Further, Mr. Chetan Sharma, Sr. Manager (Legal & Secretarial) is designated as an Interim Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI Listing Regulations to be effective from September 11, 2019.

The Company manufactures and supplies electrical-electronic, polymer, metallic, exterior lighting and advanced safety systems to leading original equipment manufacturer (OEMs), with end-to-end capabilities across design, development and manufacturing.
