VAR Resources Corp. announced the appointment of Dylan Berg as chief executive officer effective March 19, 2021. Mr. Berg has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and investor relations, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Berg held roles in corporate development, business development and investor relations, for both public and private companies. Effective March 19, 2021, Douglas L. Mason resigned as chief executive officer of the Company.

The property is located approximately 34 kilometers (km) south of the town of Port Alberni along Alberni Inlet, near Nahmint Bay, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
