The Company's subsidiaries include e-Business Services, Inc. (eBiz), eBiz Financial, iCurrencies, Philequity Balanced Fund, Inc., Philequity Foreign Currency Fixed Income, Inc., Yehey! Corporation and Philequity Management, Inc. (PEMI). eBiz offers money transfer services, as well as Philequity Mutual Funds, eLoad and Bayad Center bills payment center services, among others.
